This is a list of Domain Names to which marketers may not send unsolicited e-mail because the messages go to wireless devices, including cell phones and pagers. These names were provided by wireless providers to protect their customers. This is not a list of spammers. The purpose of the domain name registry is to protect cellular and other commercial mobile radio service (CMRS) wireless consumers from unwanted commercial electronic mail messages, by identifying, for those who send commercial electronic mail messages, Internet domain names used to transmit electronic messages to CMRS consumers. For more information, click on the CAN-SPAM link on the left side of this page.

The Legal and Best Practice Hub of the Email Council of the DMA have been working to put together the definitive list of email metrics and their meaning. We're publishing them in parts for easy reading and would really appreciate your thoughts and comments about them. Have we got them right or have we completely missed the mark? What are we missing that should be included? Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

You can use this service to run a scan on almost all of the public domain block lists:
http://www.blacklistalert.org/
You also need to check this service:
http://dnsbl.invaluement.com/lookup/
In addition, a number of the proprietary anti-spam software solutions allow you to check your domain reputation:
http://www.senderbase.org
http://www.trustedsource.org
http://www.reputationauthority.org/ (Borderware)
http://www.barracudacentral.org/lookups (Barracuda)
In addition, if you are doing mailings, go through your mail logs. If your mail is being blocked because your domain is on a black list, the reject notice will often provide appropriate details to allow for resolution.
Trusting this helps,
Kind regards,
John Glube
